ARM Training Center is where the calling described on the Arm page becomes a relational, hands-on journey toward ordination. It is built on the model Jesus used to disciple the Twelve — identity before assignment, demonstration before delegation, supervision before sending.
A Founding Season
Being Built As It Is Being Lived
ARM Training Center is in its earliest season. Formation is happening now, through direct mentorship and apostolic covering, even as the fuller pathway continues to take shape. What is learned through this season will shape the structure for those who come after.
Mentorship & Covering
Relational at Every Step
ARM Training Center is self-paced — each person moves at their own pace, according to where they are in life and calling. But this isn't a curriculum completed alone. Formation at ARM happens through walking with — proximity to a mentor, active participation in ministry life, and the kind of consistent accountability that allows someone to be truly known. Jesus didn't give the disciples a reading list. He let them watch Him, then He watched them. That is the model here.
What's Ahead
A Pathway for Every Season of Calling
As ARM Training Center continues to take shape, it will offer pathways suited to different starting points — from those just discovering their calling to those already leading who simply need apostolic covering and continued mentorship in their office. More will be shared here as that structure is finalized.
A note for existing Balm Network leaders: ARM Training Center is a pathway toward ordination. Leaders already ordained and serving within The Balm Network are not required to go through this process — ARM exists for those currently being formed toward ordination, not as a retroactive requirement for those already credentialed and serving.
